This is an interesting compilation of the Top 65 funds in every category by MONEY. They have ranked actively-managed funds, index funds, ETFs, Target-retirement funds. Here are the rankings. Personally we have found Vanguard's index funds, ETFs (vipers) and Target Retirement Funds very suitable to our palate for investing.
