I just commented but now I am confused about being a fast break member? putting in the code gave me the 25% off our rental reservation, but am I going to have to show something when we pick up the truck to still get the deal? Thank you

As we have mentioned earlier, you have to be a Fast Break Member to avail this discount. Register online for it, its FREE.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a printout of the quote with yourself when you actually rent the truck.
We are fast break members, and when we rented a budget truck for our move, they had the quoted price with the discount on their system. But being conservative, we had taken a printout of the quote to be on the safe side.

How does one become a Fast Break member? I don't see a link to do so on this page.

Thanks for your note. We checked Budget Trucks, they are no longer offering the FAST BREAK memberships for truck rentals. FAST BREAK is now for car rentals only.
So no membership is required to get the discount in this deal.
Things are changing quite a lot, so we would appreciate it if you all let us know if there are more changes.

This code was not recognized when I typed it in - I also saw nothing on the page about becoming a fast break member then I searched for how to be a member on google and there was nothing that was useful!

I tried to enter the promo code and the website wouldn't take it. I called customer service and a very rude woman said I need to either speak with tech support because I'm online (????) or speak with the car division, regardless of the fact I'm trying to rent a truck...I found this more frustrating than helpful.

Just used this coupon (Dec. 8th) and it is still working! Saved me $112! If its not working for you, make sure you are typing it in all caps and that you are picking the truck up on a monday, tuesday or wednesday..... AWESOME CODE!!

Word of warning: Have a backup plan! I planned my move around my Budget reservation, and they called me the morning of the move to tell me they didn't have a truck for me. They never found another, so I lost the weekend and have to use another company Monday. It happened to three other people the same day at the same location, and one of the employees told me it's not that uncommon. Think about that would mean for your move before you rent from Budget.
