Amex has introduced "Clear" a credit card with no fees (No Annual Fee, Late Fees, Overlimit Fees, Cash Advance Fees or Balance Transfer Fees) of any kind and a 0.00% introductory APR for up to 12 months.

It has a 1% cash back. When we spend $2,500, we get an American Express® branded shopping card worth $25. Along with it Amex is offering a complimentary credit report (with credit score) every 12 months.
