This summer we had applied for a credit card from United to avail its sign-up bonus of 20000 bonus miles. Well the good news is that about four weeks after our first purchase, we have received the sign-up bonus of 20000 miles. Not only that United has been extremely prompt in sending us the other goodies associated with the sign-up: namely a $25 United Discount Travel Certificate and a One Way, 1000 Mile, One Class Upgrade Certificate. Here is a screen shot of our reward miles from our sign-up and purchases. These miles will save us at least $250 on a round trip on our next vacation. Thanks United!
